The Black Diamond Ducks strike again! And they love to surf!
I have drawn them in their flight jerseys before:
I find the design of them to be quite funny. And the ducks have a good time doing whatever they do.
The best way to watch nature is to stand back and witness the joy. Their play is always in the present moment. It is enviable.
As adults, we spend time rethinking the past and wonder of the future, but rarely are we enjoying the moment of right now.
This past year I began to meditate and to learn more about being mindful and being in the present moment. I cannot tell you how beneficial I find this practice. Today is World Mental Health Day. Be kind to your mind!
