I remember several years back a place called “the cat fence.” It was this wild bramble in the middle of a busy neighbourhood. It housed feral cats. No one took care of them. They just were. And they were as wild as wild. There were at least 20 cats in the bramble.
Another time I saw a pack of wild dogs running through Kansas City. And those dogs were a thing. No one took care of them, they just were.
Now if I was to see this fellow, I am certain I would have taken him in!
