Prehistoric
Duncan’s very large powder-blue egg hatches! And out pops, Prehistoric!
Onward is another one of my self-portrait drawings. Common Sense is Not a Flower That Grows in Everyone’s Garden is one as well.
They both have a real sense of who I am. Quite often, I do unusual things without thinking about the possible outcome. I don’t believe that is a bad thing. I like discovery and adventure and learning about myself.
I drew Onward! on January 1st, 2020. The full title of the post is “Onward! With a sack full of ideas.” I have lots of new drawing ideas this year and new pursuits. This fall, I will be teaching a class called Drawing Series for the Kawartha Arts Network. I am also in a group show this spring and plan to have some drawings in a gallery this year as well. All of this excites me.
Indeed, onward!
